How to ask. Email info@mrresearcher.com with your account email and payment date. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Tap Payments within 5–14 working days, depending on your bank.
Your rights under the law. This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Law of Oman.
